Follow the steps on how to access your Online Banking:
First time users Sign-Up:
1. Click on ‘First time login with us? Click here
2. Enter your Customer ID in the User ID field (If you haven’t received your Customer ID, please contact your branch)
Once entering the Customer ID in the User ID field, a ‘Verification Code’ will be sent via SMS to your registered mobile number with the bank. (if you do not receive the ‘Verification Code’, then please visit your branch to update your customer profile).
3. Enter the received ‘Verification Code’ in the ‘Verification Code’ field and create the password that you will be using to access your Online Banking and click ‘Submit’.
User Login:
1. For returning users, please insert your Customer ID in the User ID field and password
2. Enter the ‘Verification Code’ sent via SMS to your registered mobile number with the bank (if you do not receive the ‘Verification Code’, then please visit your branch to update your customer profile)
